Job summary

Bausch & Lomb GmbH is seeking a Premium IOL and Refractive Manager to drive growth of premium intraocular lenses and refractive technologies. You will work closely with ophthalmologists and clinical teams, providing clinical and technical support before and during procedures to ensure correct product usage.

The role requires solid medical sales experience, Optometry degree, fluent English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in medical sales or hospital setting (preferably in patient qualification for cataract or refractive procedures).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Degree in Optometry – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Clinical support during patient qualification for premium IOLs and refractive technologies.
• Presence during surgical procedures to ensure proper use of products and equipment, offering clinical guidance.
• Clinical consulting for ophthalmologists and medical teams.
• Presentation and promotion of premium IOLs and refractive technologies.
• Manage the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Organize trainings, webinars, and clinical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
• Market monitoring, client needs analysis, and activity reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and clinical centers.
