Job summary

BAUSCH + LOMB is seeking a Premium IOL and Refractive Manager to drive growth of premium IOLs and refractive technologies. You will collaborate with ophthalmologists and clinical teams before and during surgeries to ensure correct use of products and equipment.

The role requires 5+ years in medical sales or hospital settings, a degree in optometry, and fluent English. You will lead trainings, present to clinicians, and travel to field sites across the territory to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Optometry required.
• Minimum 5 years in medical sales or hospital setting.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Experience with cataract or refractive procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of premium IOLs and refractive technologies through clinical support.
• Be present with ophthalmologists during surgical procedures to ensure proper product use.
• Provide clinical consulting and promote premium IOLs to key centers.
• Organize trainings, webinars, and clinical demonstrations for staff.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve business goals.
• Monitor markets, analyze client needs, and report activity.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and centers.
