Job summary

ON.com LLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Advisor at The Village at Corte Madera (Corte Madera, CA). You will be the brand ambassador, delivering a premium, individualized guest experience using our Cloud CX approach and guiding guests through product education and try-on rituals.

1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority.

Responsibilities

Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering Cloud CX philosophy and the 5 Steps of Service.
Support guest interactions with elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to aid decisions.
Execute daily tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory.
Support On’s market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear shift communication.
