Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work under an Operations Manager, coordinating with clients and hotel staff to guarantee equipment functions during events.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, and basic AV experience. A valid driver's license is required for on-site transport.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to finalize invoices.
