Job summary

Roark Boulder is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the guest experience, operations, and floor inventory at our flagship location. You will inspire a high-performing team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive revenue while upholding Roark culture and retail principles.

You will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and daily leadership, including opening/closing duties as a Keyholder.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
• BA or BS required.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Innate guest-centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by delivering a premium guest experience, managing operations, and leading the floor team in alignment with Roark Culture and Retail Operating Principles.
• Meet or exceed financial plans, including revenue, payroll, and store P&L.
• Support new store openings, pop-ups, and events as needed.
• Manage store product flow, back-of-house operations, and daily maintenance.
• Lead seasonal floor sets and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
