Job summary

Archipelago Companies in Irvine seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to own guest experience, operations, and floor leadership at the Roark Irvine location. You will inspire the floor team, drive premium service, and ensure the store operates smoothly from product flow to visual standards.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, inventory, events, and partnerships, and uphold Roark culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
• BA or BS required.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Innate guest centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for growing revenue by driving sales and business results through premium guest experience.
• Meet or exceed financial plan, including revenue, payroll, and store P&L.
• Manage store operations, product flow, inventory and back-of-house processes.
• Lead staffing: recruiting, training, scheduling, and development.
• Oversee events, marketing, and local collaborations for flagship locations.
