Job summary

Roark is seeking an enthusiastic Key Holder for our Irvine store to provide exceptional customer service and drive revenue. You will manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure the store operates smoothly while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, can work weekends and evenings, and are comfortable leading by example with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers part-time hours and a focus on customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising with opening/closing duties.
• Experience or interest in action sports and outdoor activities.
• POS experience with Shopify.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with growing revenue through a premium guest experience, employee relations, and operations that align with Roark Culture and Retail Operating Principles.
• Execute standard store product flow, restocking, back of house operations, supply needs, and daily store maintenance as directed by the Store Management.
• Uphold visual merchandising directives and maintain visual standards and brand image on a daily basis.
• Oversee Cashwrap & POS procedures; reconcile tills, process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and discounts accurately.
