Job summary

Avocado Green Brands in Boulder, CO is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to lead our on-site location. You’ll drive sales, report KPIs/OKRs, coach the team, and coordinate events to elevate the brand experience for customers and guests.

You’ll manage daily showroom operations, engage with customers across in-store and digital channels, train staff on products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a high-performance store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail/store management experience.
• Experience creating, reporting and tracking KPIs/OKRs around sales goals.
• Experience running branded events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, report, drive and track KPIs/OKRs around sales goals.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
• Engage with customers and act as a brand spokesperson.
• Coordinate store events and virtual experiences.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues across channels.
• Train staff on new products and processes.
