Job summary

Roark Irvine, operated by Archipelago Companies, is seeking a high-energy retail leader to own guest experience, operations, and store performance. You will lead a floor team, manage inventory, and drive revenue while upholding Roark’s standards and culture.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, open/close as a Keyholder, and coordinate events, visual merchandising, and store initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 Years of Retail Management experience.
• BA or BS required.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Innate guest centric mindset.
• Shows elevated communication skills and can tailor style to suit the audience.
• Creative and adaptable team player with a winning and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, guest experience, staff, and floor inventory to optimize efficiency.
• Inspire and lead the floor team to provide superior customer service.
• Achieve revenue and store P&L targets.
• Support new store openings, pop-ups, and events.
• Oversee product flow, back-of-house, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
