Job summary

Sixt-US is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to welcome customers, guide them through the rental process, and ensure vehicles are ready for the road. You will verify documents, upsell services, and finalize agreements with accuracy in a fast-paced, premium brand environment.

You will also handle vehicle inspections on return, manage inventory, and coordinate with dealerships and maintenance teams to keep the fleet ready.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Valid US work authorization and high school diploma or GED.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the rental journey with a premium experience.
• Verify documents, assist in selecting vehicles, and process exchanges as needed.
• Present options like prepaid fuel and toll passes and finalize charges clearly.
• Inspect vehicles on return and communicate final charges and issues to the team.
• Maintain front-of-house workflow and coordinate with stations for efficiency.
• Prepare vehicles for rental and update inventory systems accordingly.
