Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to welcome customers, guide them through rentals, and ensure vehicles are ready for the road. You will verify documents, assist with vehicle selection, and finalize rental charges with clear receipts.

Responsibilities include inspecting returned vehicles, coordinating maintenance, and supporting daily fleet operations. A strong focus on customer service, organization, and teamwork with flexible shifts is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in sales, service, or hospitality.
• Highly organized with analytical abilities to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and direct them to stations, maintaining a smooth front-of-house flow.
• Verify documents, check drivers license validity, assist in selecting vehicles and handling exchanges.
• Explain charges and finalize rental agreements with accurate receipts.
