Job summary

SIXT in SeaTac, WA is hiring a Fleet Support Administrator to greet customers, guide them through the rental journey, and ensure every vehicle is ready for the road with SIXT’s premium standards. You will verify documents, assist with vehicle selection, process exchanges, and finalize rentals while offering optional products.

Daily duties include inventory checks, coordinating with partners, and preparing cars for rental.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in sales, service, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage fleet inventory and maintenance schedules.
• High school diploma or GED; 18+; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the rental journey while maintaining a premium front-of-house presence.
• Verify customer documents, check licenses, and assist in selecting vehicles and exchanges.
• Offer additional products and services and explain charges with accurate receipts.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damage, advise on final charges, and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform daily inventory checks, manage vehicle availability, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, enter into inventory, and ensure belongings are removed from returns.
