Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales & service management experience.

• Experience or interest in digital automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of premium products under the Premium Sales Manager.
• Manage Lexus Lounge program delivery and part-time sales staff.
• Plan and execute premium events with event orders and info.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email, handle inquiries and follow ups.
• Coordinate ticket delivery with Ticketing and Premium Sales Manager; update CRM.
• Assist marketing and promotions for premium products and projects.
