The role supports the Director of Premium Sales and Service with contracts, client relationships, and cross-department collaboration to ensure flawless event experiences for VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced venue environment.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Premium Sales in generating revenue for Premium Experiences programs.
• Prepare and verify all Premium Seat contracts.
• Oversee accounts receivable and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with Box Office, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Manage client tickets using Archtics and maintain email database.
• Support on-site premium experiences and VIP operations during events.
