Job summary

Legends Global Sales seeks a Director, Premium Client Services to oversee ticketing, premium ticketing and suites for the Tampa Bay Rays' new stadium project. You will champion client satisfaction, manage contracts, payments in real time, and guide the buyer journey from purchase to launch.

This role requires leading a team, building relationships with clients and partners, coordinating across sales, marketing, operations and finance, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in sales & service management (sports business a plus).
• Strong data analysis and the ability to present concise recommendations to executive leadership.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication to develop relationships with partners, teammates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and activation of all service offerings including creation of a service identity and proactive service culture.
• Coordinate cross-functional sales processes with external parties to improve sales efficiency.
• Maintain alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and finance with monthly reporting and budgeting.
• Plan and execute key industry networking events to identify new business opportunities.
• Attract, mentor, and manage a team of service-minded individuals.
• Foster a positive culture through team building and professional development.
