Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Premium Client Services to oversee ticketing, premium ticketing and suites for the Tampa Rays stadium project. You will own the buyer journey from purchase to stadium opening, manage contracts, real-time payments, and ensure a high-touch client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of sales & service management experience (sports business a plus).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to develop strong relationships.
• Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and activation of all service offerings for premium ticketing and suites.
• Project manage initiatives to align revenue lines with external parties and streamline sales processes.
• Maintain alignment between sales, marketing, operations, finance and other stakeholders; produce monthly reporting.
• Plan and execute industry events to identify new business and client experiences.
• Mentor and manage a team; cultivate a positive culture and professional development.
