Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is opening two venues in Hotel Cala Tampa waterfront—LAVO and BarOnda—offering signature coastal Italian cuisine, cocktails, and waterfront views. This role handles full beverage/food service, from greeting guests to POS entry, in a fast-paced environment.

We seek experienced hospitality professionals with energy, teamwork, and a passion for guest satisfaction. Training provided on in-venue cocktail service and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Previous cocktail server or floor server experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders, conducts full beverage/food service, and monitors guests' lounge/bar experience.
• Interacts with lounge/bar guests, team members, and supervisors professionally to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately.
• Ensure delivery of all food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the venue.
• Follow company procedures for bottle service and cash handling.
• Communicate guests' needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House staff and management.
• Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings and trainings.
