Tao Group Hospitality is opening two signature venues at Hotel Cala in Tampa: LAVO and BarOnda, offering coastal Italian dining and vibrant cocktails with waterfront views.

We are building our opening teams now. This bartender role focuses on delivering professional service, engaging guests, presenting menus, and handling order entry with the POS system while maintaining a polished and energetic bar environment in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartender experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions around the world required.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Provides professional and exceptional service.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes suggestions for all food and beverage items.
