Tao Group Hospitality is expanding its Tampa team for Hotel Cala venues LAVO and BarOnda, delivering coastal Italian cuisine and vibrant waterfront dining. The host is the first point of contact, greeting guests, guiding seating, and assisting with reservations to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience in high-volume settings, a polished appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous host experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and guides to appropriate table as directed by the Maitre'D.
• Interacts with guests and staff in a hospitable manner to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Answers questions from guests and assists with reservations and check-in/out procedures.
• Maintains entrance area cleanliness and orderliness and supports opening/closing duties.
