Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is bringing two distinct dining experiences to Hotel Cala on Tampa's waterfront. LAVO and BarOnda will open with signature coastal Italian cuisine and curated cocktails, and we’re building our opening teams now.

The breakfast service role actively takes orders, provides complete food and beverage service, and ensures a warm, gracious guest experience in a fast-paced environment with early start times. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders, provides complete food and beverage service, and monitors guests’ dining experience.
• Interacts with hotel guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure warm, gracious hospitality.
• Maintain knowledge of breakfast food and beverage menus, service standards, and company expectations.
• Comply with health and sanitation standards and assist with opening/closing duties as directed.
