Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is opening two venues in Tampa and seeks an experienced bartender to join the opening team at LAVO/BarOnda. You will deliver professional service in a high-volume environment, craft cocktails, and ensure guests have a memorable waterfront experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, handling payments, maintaining bar cleanliness and stock, and collaborating with servers, supervisors, and kitchen staff to uphold brand standards and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bartender experience
• Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience
• Fine dining and high-volume experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and wine varietals

Responsibilities

• Prepare all beverages for guests and servers.
• Take orders and provide full-service at bar and dining areas.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Enter orders into POS and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with team and support front-of-house and kitchen.
