Tao Group Hospitality in Tampa is hiring for an in-venue dining room server to support two new concepts, LAVO and BarOnda, at Hotel Cala. You will join opening teams delivering coastal Italian cuisine, curated cocktails, and waterfront views.

Responsibilities include taking orders, providing complete service, maintaining stations, upselling, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years server experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions around the world required.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders and provide full food/beverage service.
• Monitor guests' dining experience; anticipate needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Enter orders into POS; handle payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and restaurant areas.
• Serve alcoholic beverages per regulations; uphold sanitation standards.
• Communicate guest needs to front-of-house and kitchen staff; work as a team.
• Complete opening/closing duties and end-of-shift procedures.
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions; demonstrate a professional attitude.
