Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is opening two new dining experiences in Tampa, LAVO and BarOnda, at Hotel Cala on the waterfront. We’re building our opening teams now and seeking candidates with strong food and beverage service and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests, maintaining station cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years server experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of food and beverage experience required.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions required.

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders and conducts full food/beverage service.
• Interacts with guests and team to ensure gracious hospitality.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and venue.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and report issues to management.
