Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• POS / computer skills required.
• Cigar knowledge a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Demonstrate drive for results and work as part of a team to meet sales and KPI goals.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in store operations and support corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient manner.
• Follow all policies and SOPs and comply with state/local regulations.
• Maintain brand image with clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
