Job summary

Casa de Montecristo is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to drive a stellar guest experience and the smooth operation of a bustling cigar lounge/store in Austin. You will lead a team, deliver world-class service, upsell products, maintain brand standards, and ensure daily cash handling and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, product knowledge development, executing promotions, and sustaining a safe, welcoming environment for adult customers.

Qualifications

• Lead a team to deliver a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges.
• Sell products by communicating features, benefits and promotions.
• Drive sales to meet KPI goals and initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Oversee store operations and implement SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Open/close duties, cash handling, till reconciliation.
• Maintain brand image and a safe customer environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
• Provide exceptional interpersonal service and teamwork.
• Adapt to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
