Job summary

• A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and smoking lounges through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Build relationships with customers, proactively and effectively communicating product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results, accounting for becoming a trusted, successful tobacconist and consistently working as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in the complete operations of the store, performing all functions to effectively execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient and resource-wise manner.
• Follow all Casa de Montecristo policies and SOPs, as well as state and local regulations.
• Maintain visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image, ensuring a comfortable, responsible and safe environment.
