Casa de Montecristo is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world-class guest experiences in our humidor and lounges. You will build relationships, showcase product features, and promote promotions while driving sales and achieving KPI targets.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintaining product knowledge to support a premium cigar experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or other service-centric environment.
• POS and/or computer skills needed.
• Cigar knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on team player with a strong work-ethic.
• A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals.
• Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to changing business conditions.

• Provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounges through exemplary service and selling skills.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Drive results and contribute to meeting or exceeding sales and KPI goals.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.
• Assist in store operations and implement corporate initiatives efficiently.
