Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli in San Francisco is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Store and ensure premium service. You will help the general manager and the team deliver a great guest experience while maximizing profitability, safety, and brand standards.

You will manage daily operations, train and coach Chocolateers, schedule staff, monitor sales and labor costs, and uphold strict product safety and allergen policies across our premium chocolate store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One or more years in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Six months as supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure customer service standards.
• Assist general manager and management team to optimize profitability and safety.
• Lead and develop Chocolateers through coaching and mentorship.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and in-service training in collaboration with HR and payroll.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and branding requirements; monitor allergens.
