Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans weekly, monthly and annually.
• Communicate the store's sales mission to staff in actionable terms.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocks.
• Uphold Lindt standards and the 4 Moments of Influence in daily tasks.
• Train staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Escalate issues to Store Management professionally and promptly.
• Support training and development of sales staff and operations.
• Assist with store operations and cash management procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with QA policies.
