Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Lindt Chocolate Shops in the United States. You will lead sales staff to meet and exceed sales plans, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and model Lindt standards for every interaction.

The role requires a proven sales background, ability to train staff, and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays. Starting pay ranges from $15.10 to $18 per hour, with potential bonus and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds, often up to 35, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales plans.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales standards and KPIs.
• Train sales staff in Lindt guidelines and product knowledge.
• Maintain store operations, stock levels and cash controls.
