Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high-energy, in-store team across our premium chocolate shops. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure an engaging customer experience that reflects the Lindt brand.

This role requires a proven retail background, availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with cash handling and POS systems. You will contribute to inventory control and uphold store standards at Lindt USA.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and contribute to the store's sales plan.
• Supervise staff to ensure achievement of sales goals and KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory controls and assist with shrink and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and quality assurance guidelines.
