Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store sales and guest experience across Lindt Chocolate Shops. You will drive weekly and monthly sales goals, supervise a frontline team, and ensure brand standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store presentation. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with ability to meet sales goals.
• Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively to the team.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills for transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive store to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and contribute to district sales plans.
• Train and develop staff to ensure knowledge of products, brand standards, and customer service.
• Monitor stock levels, perform cash handling duties, and ensure compliance with quality and safety policies.
