Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store experiences at Lindt Chocolate Shops across the United States. You will drive sales, supervise a dynamic team, and ensure premium customer service while upholding brand standards and store operations.

The role requires a strong sales background, the ability to coach staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and compliance with QA policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plan and contributes to the district's sales target.
• Supervise staff to ensure sales standards and KPIs are achieved; communicate the sales mission to the team.
• Support staff development and training to ensure knowledgeable, friendly, and well-trained personnel.
• Maintain operational controls: inventory accuracy, cash handling, logs, and QA compliance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with all policies; manage stock levels and avoid out-of-stocks.
