Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
• Strong basic math and accounting skills for cash handling and POS accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Supervise staff to achieve store sales goals and maintain brand standards.
• Support training of sales staff per company guidelines and ensure knowledge of products.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to reduce shrink.
• Ensure store operations comply with quality and safety policies.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures, and daily reconciliations.
