Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store customer experiences at our premium chocolate shops. You will drive sales performance, coach a front-line team, and ensure store operations meet Lindt standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales plans, training staff, and maintaining inventory, cash controls, and store cleanliness. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Proven sales background is required.
• Ability to take direction and delegate/executE through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills are needed.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed store sales plans and contribute to district sales goals.
• Train and develop sales staff to meet standards and brand representation.
• Maintain operational controls, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
