Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store sales, train team members, and ensure an exceptional Lindt experience for customers in Maryland. You will drive sales execution, uphold brand standards, and manage stock and POS operations to support daily store goals.

The role requires a proven retail background, excellent customer focus, and the ability to train staff while maintaining a engaging, premium shopping environment for Lindt customers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales plans and contribute to the district's sales targets.
• Supervise staff to achieve KPIs and sales standards (ADS, UPT, conversion).
• Maintain Lindt standards in daily activities (4 Moments of Influence, dress code, up-selling).
• Assist with training and development of sales staff and ensure accurate brand representation.
