Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our Lindt USA chocolate shop teams across the U.S. You will help create an engaging in-store experience for customers, lead sales initiatives, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a positive, self-motivated team player with a solid product knowledge of Lindt chocolate and a commitment to our brand values. Key duties include achieving sales targets, training staff, maintaining store standards, and coordinating with

• Proven sales background
• Ability to take direction and delegate and execute through others
• Basic math and/or accounting skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet/exceed sales plans and communicate the mission to staff.
• Staff Development: train sales staff to ensure knowledgeable, friendly, well-trained staff.
• Operational Controls: ensure operational standards, inventory control, and compliance.
• Qualifications & Requirements: strong sales background and ability to lead and develop staff.
