Responsibilities

• Sales: Ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plan and contributes to district sales goals.
• Model understanding and communicate the sales mission to staff.
• Assist with developing team members' commitment to sales results.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Uphold Lindt standards in daily operations and customer interactions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store management to avoid stockouts.
