Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our chocolate shop team in Maryland. You will help create a premium in-store customer experience and drive store sales through leadership, training and process discipline.

Responsibilities include supervising staff to meet sales targets, training team members in Lindt standards, and ensuring operational controls such as cash handling and inventory are managed efficiently. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: ensure store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, annual sales plans.
• Staff development: train sales staff per Lindt guidelines to ensure knowledgeable, friendly staff.
• Operational controls: maintain cash management, inventory control and store cleanliness.
