Listers Group in Worcester is seeking a Service Advisor to join our CUPRA dealership, delivering high levels of customer service in a busy environment and supporting the workshop, parts and sales teams.

You will book vehicles, update customers on progress, and ensure timely handover while aiming to hit and exceed targets. The role offers a basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £39,400.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a busy environment.
• Able to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the department's results.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with teamwork across workshops, parts and sales.

Responsabilités

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with the workshop to schedule workload.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress, obtain authorisations for additional work and follow up.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
