Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line customer experience specialist for Avis First customers from delivery to collection.
• Ensure clear communication, smooth logistics and premium customer experience at every step.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience with welcoming, professional interactions.
• Provide premium service by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Proactively communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email, and app to confirm details.
