Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring a Service Concierge in McLean, VA to deliver a world-class customer experience at the service center. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage follow‑ups and payments while coordinating loaner vehicles and ensuring accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with full-time hours, including weekends. You may participate in CPR training after hire and support facility needs as part of daily

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments determined by service center capacity, turnaround time, and priority levels.
• Manage open service tasks and due bills, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution; contact customers to verify concerns and schedule appointments, logging activities in the system.
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests, including Lyft rides if needed.
• Generate Work Order Pre-writes in the system and check for open campaigns or recalls.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in with intake forms, photos, and damage reporting.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communications and responsiveness with customers.
• Be trained on basic understanding of Lucid vehicle components and terminology.
• Manage a monthly budget and oversee ordering of supplies and refreshments.
• Submit service requests for facility repairs and maintenance; perform valet duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
