Job summary

Lucid Motors is hiring a Service Concierge to deliver a world-class customer experience at our Natick service center. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and log activities in our system to maintain accurate records.

The role includes coordinating loaners and rides, supporting Service Advisors during check-in, and ensuring follow-up communications with customers. Weekend hours may be required in a fast-paced luxury automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer phones to direct inquiries.
• Schedule appointments based on service center capacity and priorities.
• Log all activities in the system and follow up with customers as needed.
• Coordinate loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides for customers.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in and document damages.
