Lucid Motors in Pennsylvania seeks a Service Concierge to deliver a world-class client experience at our service centers. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate loaner vehicles, while ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, internal and external.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity and priority.
• Log activities and follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage loaner agreements and arrange transportation as needed.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in and document conditions.
