Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Concierge to deliver world-class customer experiences and support service center operations in the McLean area. You will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage service tasks while coordinating loaner vehicles and rides as needed.

You will support service advisors during vehicle check-ins, log all activities, and ensure follow-up communications with customers.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Capacity for problem solving and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have 3 years’ driving and complete Lucid Training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, internal and external.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity and priorities.
• Manage open service tasks and due bills; log activities and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides for customers as needed.
• Prepare Work Order Pre-writes and check for open campaigns or recalls.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in with intake, photography, and damage reporting.
• Maintain consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and availability with customers.
• Be trained on basic Lucid vehicle components and terminology.
• Manage monthly budget and oversee ordering of supplies and refreshments.
• Report and submit service requests for facility repairs via Service Channel.
• Perform valet duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
