Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Concierge to greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage service tasks with precision. You will log activities in the system, coordinate loaner vehicles or Lyft rides, and assist during vehicle check-in with detailed walkthroughs and photos.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. The position is full-time, includes weekends, and requires a valid license.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Capacity for problem solving and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must meet additional requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients, internal and external.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity and priority levels.
• Manage open service tasks, due bills, and ensure timely follow-up and documentation of all activities.
• Facilitate loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides as needed for customer convenience.
• Generate Work Order Pre-writes, capture concerns, and check for recalls or campaigns.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in with walkthroughs, intake forms and photos.
• Maintain follow-up communication, responsiveness, and availability.
• Participate in basic understanding of Lucid vehicle components and terminology.
• Manage monthly budget and oversee ordering of supplies.
• Report service requests for facility repairs and maintenance and perform valet duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
