Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Concierge to deliver world-class customer experiences in our service centers. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help manage service tasks and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role supports service advisors during vehicle check-in, coordinates loaner vehicles, and assists with basic Lucid vehicle terminology. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and demonstrate excellence in customer service.
• Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity and priority levels.
• Manage open service tasks, due bills, and follow up with customers; log activities accurately.
