Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Concierge to be the face of the service center, greeting clients, answering phones, directing inquiries and scheduling appointments. You will coordinate with service advisors, manage loaner agreements, and meticulously log all activities in the system to maintain accurate records.

Additionally, you will assist during vehicle check-ins, conduct thorough walkthroughs, capture intake information, and report any damages found.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities with high organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and learn proprietary DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer phones, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on service center capacity and priority.
• Manage open service tasks and due bills; log activities in the system and follow up.
• Manage loaner agreements and arrange Lyft rides when needed.
• Assist Service Advisors during vehicle check-in; conduct walkthroughs and document damages.
