Job summary

Audi Wynnewood is seeking a motivated Automotive Finance Manager to lead the financing and vehicle protection process for our customers. You will guide buyers through loan and lease options and collaborate with lending partners to deliver a transparent, satisfying car-buying experience.

The Finance Manager will engage with the sales team to ensure seamless vehicle delivery, maximize profitability, and uphold the company’s standards of exceptional service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to arrange vehicle financing and leasing options.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP protection, and vehicle protection plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and completed in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to delivery.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed established departmental sales and performance objectives.
