Job summary

You will guide customers through financing and vehicle protection options, structure deals for profitability, and maintain strong lender relationships to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

You will collaborate with sales to transition from selection to delivery, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&A) experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and F&A products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to arrange vehicle financing and leasing options.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP protection, and vehicle protection plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and completed in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to delivery.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed established departmental sales and performance objectives.
